A safe space
To Find Your
Balance
Counsellia provides free, confidential mental health support and counselling for teenagers and young adults across Nigeria and beyond.
Counsellia began as an online counselling platform. Today, as a registered NGO, we are expanding our reach to ensure every teenager and young adult — regardless of background or income — has access to professional mental health support.
We believe mental health is a fundamental right, not a privilege.
Through accessible counselling, community outreach, and compassionate care, we are breaking down barriers, reducing stigma, and creating safe spaces where young people can be heard, understood, and supported.
Our mission is to empower the next generation with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more resilient futures.
